*Additional Room for child less than 12 years old: 75% of adult room rate.

Terms:
Cancellation Policy for whole season:
• A penalty fee of 25% of whole stay will be charged for cancellation received between 15 - 30 days prior to arrival date.
• A penalty fee of 50% of whole stay will be charged for cancellation received between 07 - 15 days prior to arrival date.
• A penalty fee of 75% of whole stay will be charged for cancellation received between 03 - 07 days prior to arrival date.
• Full length of stay will be charged for cancellation received less than 03 days and NO – SHOWS.
• Any change of the cancellation policy is at the discretion of the manager and can be changed upon requests and depending on the season.
